§ 33.46 VEHICLE INSPECTION.

   The Town Council establishes this section for the purpose of allowing a fee to be collected for each vehicle inspection prior to registration:

   (A)   The fee will be $5 for each vehicle inspected;

   (B)   All fees collected shall be deposited into the Vehicle Inspection Fund; and

   (C)   Used by the Police Department exclusively for the purpose of:

      (1)   Required additional training;

      (2)   The purchase of training manuals or other materials pertaining to training; or

      (3)   Additional law enforcement purposes.
