(A) A need now exists for the establishment of a Police Auxiliary Fund for the following purposes: donations and grants contributed directly to the Police Auxiliary Fund for equipment and supplies used for special programs (i.e., bicycle safety course for children).
(B) The Town Council will not allow the town’s funds to be spent on these programs and no taxes will be levied for these purposes.
(C) This Fund #290-670 will not be appropriated and distributions #290-001-590 will be made as required from donations per necessity with an invoice and voucher, as required by the state’s Board of Accounts.
