(A) There shall be a non-reverting Ordinance Violations Penalty Fund established for the deposit of the penalties collected by the town.
(B) This Fund shall be used exclusively by the Police Department for equipment and supplies for law enforcement purposes.
(C) All amounts previously paid to the town for this purpose shall be accounted for in the Fund.
