§ 32.21  ADDITIONS TO POLICY ALLOWED.
   The town finds that both I.C. 36-1-20.2 and I.C. 36-1-21 specifically allow a unit to adopt requirements that are “more stringent or detailed”, and that more detailed requirements are necessary.
