(A) A full-time employee will receive five days vacation after 12 months of continuous service, ten days vacation after two years of continuous service, 15 days vacation after ten years of continuous service, and 20 days vacation after 20 years of continuous service.
(B) The employee will give his or her supervisor (which is to be presented to the Town Council at the monthly Council meeting) a written request on a form provided by the town at least 14 days before his or her intended vacation period.
