§ 31.23 PRESIDENT AND VICE PRESIDENT.

The Town Council shall select one of its members to be its President and one of its members to be its Vice President for a definite term, which may not exceed such member’s term of office as a member of the legislative body. The President of the Town Council is the Town Executive. The Vice President of the Town Council shall serve as Town Executive in his or her absence, sickness, inability, or refusal to serve.
