§ 95.03  POLICY PROVISIONS.
   (A)   Only the Surveillance Camera Coordinator will be involved in, or have access to, surveillance camera data. Due to the sensitivity of the data collected and the potential security risk that could be created by releasing security data, said data shall be confidential and shall not be public record.
   (B)   When an incident is suspected to have occurred, a Surveillance Camera Coordinator may review the images from surveillance camera data.
   (C)   In the event of an emergency and no Surveillance Camera Coordinator is on premises, the Town Marshal may authorize another employee of the town to access the data and share it with any emergency personnel.
   (D)   Whenever any incident occurs that is substantiated with surveillance data and a town citizen or employee (adult or child) is involved, either as victim, suspect or volunteer, the Council President will be notified.
   (E)   Video recordings of the cameras will be kept for a period of 30 days.
   (F)   The installation of additional new surveillance cameras must be approved in advance by the Town Council.
