§ 95.01  STATEMENT OF POLICY.
   (A)   Surveillance cameras may be installed in areas to enhance the security of people or property.
   (B)   When authorized by the Town Council, cameras may be placed inside and outside buildings owned by the town.
      (1)   Cameras will be used in a professional, ethical and legal manner.
      (2)   Camera use will be limited to situations that do not violated the reasonable expectation of privacy as defined by law.
   (C)   The Council President, Council Vice President, Clerk-Treasurer and Town Marshal will serve as the Surveillance Camera Coordinators.
