§ 51.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

(B) Any person who violates § 51.12 shall be liable to the town for actual damages incurred by the town and shall be fined not less than $50 and not more than $500. Each violation shall be considered a separate offense.
