§ 51.13  WATER LINE REPAIR POLICY.
   The town shall be responsible for any and all costs associated with repairing and maintaining the town’s main water supply lines. Each customer shall be responsible for any and all costs associated with repairing and maintaining a lateral line from the meter to the structure or improvements being served.
