§ 32.49  RESPONSIBILITY.
   (A)   Employees. All town employees that hold a valid CDL are responsible for abiding by this procedure as a condition of their employment.
   (B)   Management officials and supervisors. All supervisors and town officials are responsible for being alert to employee conduct that raises a reasonable suspicion that an employee is using or is under the influence of alcohol or controlled substances while on duty or otherwise performing town business.
   (C)   Policy not a contract. This policy is not intended nor should it be construed as a contract between the town and the employee. This policy may change at any time at the sole discretion of the town and/or to comply with changes in federal DOT regulations.
