(A) Police officers shall be entitled to one and one-half hours of compensatory time for time worked in excess of 160 hours during a 28-day work cycle.
(B) Pursuant to Fair Labor Standards, “time worked” shall not include paid vacation days, paid sick days, paid holidays, compensatory time off, or other paid special absences for purposes of calculating overtime.
