§ 32.08  DISCIPLINARY ACTION.
   (A)   The Town Council President shall have authority to impose discipline against a civilian employee with a written reprimand and/or a suspension of up to three days without pay, not to exceed six days in a one-year period, without the prior approval of the Council.
   (B)   Any other disciplinary action taken against a civilian town employee must be first approved by a majority vote of the Town Council.
