Any person violating any section of this chapter shall be fined a sum of $50 per day, together with the costs of any action so brought. In addition, the town may bring legal action to cause said mobile home, which is placed in violation of this chapter, to be moved at the owner’s expense and the owner shall likewise pay all costs.
