Any person who is in the process of completing a construction project that requires temporary placement of a manufactured home or mobile home, as defined herein, as a caretaker’s quarters or construction office at the job site until the project is completed may apply to the Town Council for a temporary permit for the purpose of placing said mobile home or manufactured home upon the real estate where the project is taking place. The applicant must pay a permit fee of $25 to the office of the Clerk-Treasurer when the application for the temporary permit is submitted.
