For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
MANUFACTURED HOME. A dwelling unit, designed and built in a factory, which bears a seal certifying that it was built in compliance with the federal Manufactured Housing Construction and Safety Standards Law of 1974 (42 U.S.C. §§ 5401 et seq.).
MOBILE HOME. A prefabricated dwelling designed for transportation on streets and highways on its own wheels, or on a flat bed or other trailers, so as to arrive at the site, where it is intended to be occupied as a dwelling, complete and ready for occupancy except for minor and incidental unpacking and assembly operations such as locating said home on jacks or permanent foundation, connecting to utilities, and the like. The term MOBILE HOME shall include a travel trailer or recreational vehicle parked or stored upon real estate for the purpose of living in same by any person for any length of time. The term MOBILE HOME shall not include a double-wide mobile home or trailer which is located upon a permanent foundation.
MOBILE HOME PARK. An area of land on which two or more mobile homes are located with or without charge, regardless of whether other improvements, buildings, structures, fixtures, or equipment are also located on that area of land.
SCREENING. A fence, evergreen hedge, or wall, any of which are at least six feet high, provided in such a way that it will block a line of sight. The SCREENING may consist either of one or several rows of bushes or trees, or of a constructed wall or fence.
