§ 151.26  PLAT APPROVAL.
   No plat or replat of a subdivision of land located within the corporate limits of the town shall be recorded until it shall have first been approved by the Town Council, and such approval shall have been entered in writing on the plat by the President of the Town Council and attested to by the Clerk-Treasurer.
