§ 151.10 PERMITS.

Any person desiring to erect any structure upon any lot or real estate within the town shall first obtain a building permit from the Clerk-Treasurer. The fee for such permit shall be in the sum of $15 and no construction shall be commenced until such permit is first obtained.
