§ 151.04  INTERPRETATION.
   In interpreting and applying the provisions of this subchapter, sections shall be held to be the minimum requirements for the promotion of the public health, safety, comfort, morals, convenience, and general welfare. The Plan Commission has given consideration to the future probable use of land in the territory affected by this subchapter and has prepared a comprehensive land use plan showing the future development of this area, which has served as a guide in the preparation of this subchapter.
