§ 150.02  PERMIT REQUIREMENT.
   Before any business may be established, whether it be in existing buildings, lots, or new construction, it must apply for a permit from the Town Council noting said site and stating purposes for which it will be used. The Town Council shall have the power to approve or reject said application.
