§ 130.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Persons or entities, including businesses and retail establishments, who violate § 130.01 shall be subject to a civil fine of not less than $250 and not more than $2,500, plus court costs. Each day of the existence of any violation of this section shall be considered a separate offense.
   (C)   (1)   A person who is found guilty of a violation of §§ 130.15 through 130.20 shall be punishable by a fine not exceeding $50 per violation.
      (2)   In addition to the imposition of the foregoing fine, the court, upon request, may order such injunctive relief as is appropriate and necessary to prevent a child from committing further violations of §§ 130.15 through 130.20.
