§ 110.14 CABLE TELEVISION.

(A) The town will follow the FCC regulations in its regulation of the basic service rate and charges of any cable television system operating in the town, notwithstanding any different or inconsistent provisions in the franchise.

(B) A proper ordinance approving all terms and conditions of doing business in the town will be required before any cable television company may operate within the town.
