The Clerk-Treasurer shall issue a written notice to remove the weeds or other rank vegetation to the landowner. The landowner shall remove the weeds or other rank vegetation within three days of the date of the notice. Said written notice may be served upon the landowner personally by law enforcement, by leaving a copy at the location where the violation has occurred and by mailing a copy regular U.S. first-class mail to the last known address of the landowner, or by mailing a copy certified mail to the last known address of the landowner.
