§ 10.17  OWNERSHIP OF COPIES OF THE CODE.
   All copies of the Oolitic Town Code, except those sold by the town to private individuals or given or sold to the public library, shall be the property of the town. Any Oolitic Town Codes delivered to elected or appointed officials shall not be retained by said individuals after the expiration of his or her term or office or appointment.
