SCHEDULE IV.  TWO-WAY TRAFFIC.
   (A)   Traffic on said Lafayette Street between 10th Street and the 66 Tavern in the town shall be two-way traffic with the easterly lane for the use of northbound traffic and the westerly lane for the use of southbound traffic, and traffic control signs shall limit and control all vehicular and pedestrian traffic using said Lafayette Street, 8th Street, 5th Street, 3rd Street, and Main Street.
   (B)   Traffic on said Lafayette Street between 10th Street and the present State Highway 37, north of the 66 Tavern in the town, shall be two-way traffic with the easterly lane of said Lafayette Street being for the use of north bound traffic only and with the westerly lane of said Lafayette Street being for the use of south bound traffic only. The traffic control signs, together with those traffic control signs now in existence, shall limit and control all vehicular and pedestrian traffic using said Lafayette Street, 8th Street, 5th Street, 3rd Street, and Main Street.
   (C)   Third Street, which was previously a one-way street for westbound traffic only between Hoosier Avenue and Indiana Avenue, should become a two-way street for both eastbound and westbound traffic on said street between Hoosier Avenue and Indiana Avenue.
   (D)   Third Street shall, on and after the effective date of the adoption of this schedule, and as soon as same shall be properly marked as required by law, be open to vehicular traffic moving in both a westbound direction and in an eastbound direction between its intersection with Hoosier Avenue and its intersection with Indiana Avenue.
