SCHEDULE II.  STOP SIGNS.
   (A)   Four-way stop intersection at Main Street and Hoosier Avenue.
      (1)   The intersection of Main Street and Hoosier Avenue in the town is designated a stop intersection and any and all vehicles shall stop at all four entrances to such stop intersection. Traffic and vehicles traveling from both the north to the south and from the south to the north on Main Street shall stop at such stop intersection. Further, traffic and vehicles traveling from the east to the west and the west to the east on Hoosier Avenue shall stop at such stop intersection.
      (2)   The town shall cause to be erected and shall maintain stop signs in the center of such intersections so that one of each signs faces in the direction of vehicles and traffic approaching such stop intersection. Such stop signs shall bear the word “stop” in letters of not less than eight inches in height, and such signs shall at night time be rendered luminous by efficient reflecting elements on the face of the sign.
      (3)   When such stop signs are erected as herein provided at the intersection of Main Street and Hoosier Avenue, every driver of a vehicle shall stop such vehicle at a clearly marked stop line painted upon the pavement before entering the intersection, except when directed to proceed by a police officer.
      (4)   No driver shall enter said intersection from any direction unless there is sufficient space on the other side of such intersection to accommodate the vehicle he or she is operating without obstructing the passage of other vehicles or pedestrians.

   (B)   Three-way stop intersection at Hall Avenue and 10th Street.
      (1)   The intersection of Hall Avenue and 10th Street in the town is designated a stop intersection and any and all vehicles shall stop at all three entrances to such stop intersection. Traffic and vehicles traveling from the west to the east on Hall Avenue shall stop at such stop intersection, and traffic traveling both from the north to the south and from the south to the north shall stop at such stop intersection.
      (2)   The town shall cause to be erected and shall maintain a stop sign on each and every street above described; same shall bear the word “stop” in letters of not less than eight inches in height. Each such sign shall be located as near as practicable at the nearest line of the crosswalk on the near side of the intersection, or if none, at the nearest line of the roadway.
      (3)   When stop signs are erected as herein provided at or near the entrance to such above designated intersection of 10th Street with Hall Avenue, every driver of a vehicle shall stop such vehicle at such sign or at a clearly marked stop line, if same be painted upon the pavement, before entering the intersection, except when directed to proceed by a police officer.
      (4)   No driver shall enter said intersection from any direction unless there is sufficient space on the other side of such intersection to accommodate the vehicle he or she is operating without obstructing the passage of other vehicles or pedestrians.

An additional stop sign at the northwest corner of the intersection of 3rd Street and Lafayette Street, and said intersection shall be a three-way stop intersection.
4th Street and Lafayette Street
The intersection of 4th Street and Lafayette Street be a stop intersection going east on 4th Street.
5th Street and Indiana Avenue
The stop sign on 5th Street going west at the intersection with Indiana Avenue be removed and that said intersection be changed to a yield intersection for vehicular traffic traveling on 5th Street going east at the intersection with Indiana Avenue.
5th Street and Lafayette Street
An additional stop sign at the northwest corner of the intersection of 5th Street and Lafayette Street, and said intersection shall be a four-way stop intersection.
6th Street and Lafayette Street
The intersection of 6th Street and Lafayette Street be a stop intersection going east on 6th Street.
7th Street and Lafayette Street
The intersection of 7th Street and Lafayette Street be a stop intersection going east on 7th Street.
7th Street and Walnut Street
The intersection of 7th Street and Walnut Street be a stop intersection going east on 7th Street.
8th Street and Lafayette Street
An additional stop sign shall be added at the northwest corner of 8th Street and Lafayette Street, and said intersection shall be a three-way stop intersection.
9th Street and Hall Avenue
At the corner of the intersection of West 9th Street and Hall Avenue, a stop sign be erected for traffic traveling on West 9th Street and that traffic traveling on Hall Avenue have the right-of-way.
9th Street and Lafayette Street
The intersection of 9th Street and Lafayette Street be a stop intersection going east on 9th Street.
10th Street and Lafayette Street
The intersection of 10th Street and Lafayette Street be a stop intersection going east on 10th Street.
Hillside Drive and 10th Street
At the corner of the intersection of Hillside Drive and West 10th Street, a stop sign be erected for traffic traveling on Hillside Drive and that traffic traveling on West 10th Street have the right-of-way.
Indiana Avenue
All stop signs on Indiana Avenue for traffic going both north and south shall be removed and Indiana Avenue shall be a through street for vehicular traffic both north and south.
Indiana Avenue, 2nd Street, and 5th Street
Additional stop signs shall be added at the corners of Indiana Avenue, 2nd Street, and 5th Streets, and said intersection shall be a three-way stop intersection.
Lafayette Street and Main Street
Two additional stop signs shall be added at the northwest corner of Lafayette Street and Main Street, and on the east side of Lafayette Street immediately south of the south boundary line of Main Street extended east across Lafayette Street, and said intersection shall be a three-way stop intersection.
Mathis Avenue and 10th Street
At the corner of the intersection of Mathis Avenue and West 10th Street, a stop sign be erected for traffic traveling on Mathis Avenue and that traffic traveling on West 10th Street have the right-of-way.
Mathis Avenue and Hall Avenue
At the corner of the intersection of Mathis Avenue and Hall Avenue, a stop sign be erected for traffic traveling on Mathis Avenue and that traffic traveling on Hall Avenue have the right-of-way.
