§ 70.01 DEFINITIONS.

   The words and phrases set forth in I.C. 9-13-2-1 et seq. shall govern in the interpretation of this chapter.

   DRIVER.  Includes the driver of any vehicle.

   HORSE.  Includes all domestic animals.

   VEHICLE.  Includes everything on wheels with motor or horse power.
