§ 52.35  PIPE MATERIAL.
   Having been assured that No. 40 plastic and cast-iron pipe will be as effective as the verified clay pipe now being used in the town, it is herenow amended that a four-inch No. 40 plastic or four-inch cast-iron pipe may be used instead of vitrified clay pipe, previously authorized by town ordinance, and that one of the above three types of pipe so specified must be used in the laying of pipe from the sewer main to any and all sewer pipes and outlets in any home or building in the town.
