All property owners who desire to use the new sewer system being constructed and who desire to hookup the sewer lines of their respective homes, buildings, or improvements to the sewer mains that will be running adjacent to their respective properties shall construct and be responsible for laying and installing the pipes from the sewer main into and across their respective property and connect same with the sewer pipes of said home. The pipe to be used from the exterior of said building, home, or improvement to the sewer main shall be a four-inch vitrified clay pipe with a flexible compression sealed-type joint. This pipe shall be connected to a four-inch clean out, of the same material, at the foundation of the building, home, or improvement. No other type of pipe or clean out shall be permitted.
