Sec. 8-1.06. Amendment: Part 2, Volume 2, Section 1613A.

   Section 1613A is amended as follows -

   1)   The City of Ontario design criteria for all structures built within the City is 110 MPH winds, Exposure C, Seismic Zone D; and

   2)   Because of the City's proximity to the San Andreas fault, all underground pipe, conduit, and lines will be shaded with cleaned dirt void of any rocks or clean sand, six inches below and twelve inches above said pipe, conduit, or line. All electrical metal conduit will need a ground conductor, the metal conduit will not act as the ground conductor.
