Sec. 6-8.724. Types of protection.
   The level of protection required shall be related to the degree of potential hazard that exists on the premises served and will be determined by the Administrator. The water user may choose a higher level of protection than required by the City. The minimum level of protection required, relative to various situations, shall comply with Title 17 of the California Code of Regulations, or to the extent not covered thereby, as determined by the City and/or the State Board.
