Should a recycled water service line installed pursuant to the request of the applicant, owner, or user be of the wrong size, or installed at a wrong location or depth, then the cost of all changes required shall be paid for by the applicant, owner, or user. All recycled water services provided prior to final street improvements will be considered temporary and the costs for all repairs or changes required to be performed by the City must be paid by the applicant, owner, or user.
