Sec. 2-6.21. Design Build.
   Notwithstanding any provision contained in this chapter to the contrary, the City may utilize a design-build method of procurement, to the extent permitted by law, including, without limitation Cal. Pub. Contract Code §§ 22160 et seq. and 20194.
