Sec. 8-17.109. Right of entry.
   Whenever it is necessary to make an inspection to enforce any of the provisions of or perform any duty imposed by this Chapter or other applicable law, or whenever the City Manager has reasonable cause to believe that there exists in any Property any violation of the provisions of this Chapter or other applicable law, or any condition that makes the Property hazardous, substandard, unsafe or dangerous, or a public nuisance, the City Manager is hereby authorized to enter the Property at any reasonable time and to inspect it and perform any function authorized by this Chapter or other applicable law, including any resolution of the City Council.
