Sec. 7-6.05. Exceptions.
   Where the enforcement of the provisions of this chapter would result in undue hardship, property owners may make applications for exceptions from the provisions of this chapter in the following manner:
   (a)   Written applications shall be filed with the Secretary of the Planning Commission.
   (b)   Such applications shall include all the information necessary to properly apprise the Commission of the circumstances existing which require such an exception. A copy of the application shall be forwarded to the City Engineer for his report and recommendations.
   (c)   Within not less than ten (10) days nor more than thirty (30) days after the filing of such application, the Commission shall consider such application and shall make its recommendations to the Council.
   (d)   Within thirty (30) days after the receipt of the recommendations of the Commission, the Council shall consider such recommendation and may grant or deny the application.
   (e)   The filing fees for applications for such exceptions shall be Fifty Dollars ($50.00) or such fees as the Council from time to time shall establish by resolution. Such fees shall be paid to the City at the time of filing. No application shall be considered filed until the established fees have been paid to the City.
