Sec. 4-7.01. Definition: Tent.
   For the purposes of this chapter, “tent” shall mean any structure or enclosure constructed of canvas or other combustible fabric, or of any other material that is more conductive to the rapid spread of fire than one (1) inch nominal thickness Oregon pine wood.

Sec. 4-7.02. Tents prohibited in agricultural and residential zones.
   The erection, use, and maintenance of canvas tents and structures of similar flammable materials are hereby prohibited within agricultural and residential zones in the City and within four hundred (400) feet of any occupied dwelling without the written consent of the occupant of such dwelling.
