The following days shall be legal holidays for the City:
(a) New Year’s Day (January 1st);
(b) Martin Luther King’s Birthday (3rd Monday in January);
(c) President's Day (3rd Monday in February);
(d) Memorial Day (Last Monday in May);
(e) Independence Day (July 4th);
(f) Labor Day (1st Monday in September);
(g) Columbus Day (2nd Monday in October);
(h) Veteran’s Day (November 11th);
(i) Thanksgiving Day (4th Thursday in November);
(j) Day after Thanksgiving Day (4th Friday in November);
(k) Christmas Eve (December 24th);
(l) Christmas Day (December 25th);
(m) New Year’s Eve (December 31st).
On such dates all offices in the City Hall shall be closed.
