Each owner of any property zoned or used for business or industry within this City shall place or cause to be placed all litter produced or accumulated on his/her property in a proper litter receptacle and shall have the same emptied and the litter removed from the premises on a regular basis not to exceed once every fourteen days and disposed of in accordance with law.
