(a) A monthly administrative fee in the amount of two dollars ($2.00) should be charged to Sewer and Water Customers of the City to pay for the outsourcing of that department's invoicing and billing software.
(b) One-half (½) of the fee collected per customer, or one dollar ($1.00) shall be distributed to the Water Billing Fee, 501.0000.42000 and one-half (½) of the fee collected per customer, or one dollar ($1.00) shall be distributed to the Sewer Billing Fee, 502.0000.42000.
