(a) There is hereby imposed a fee of ten dollars ($10.00) for each fingerprint card prepared by the Police Department. This money shall be paid to the Auditor for deposit into the General Fund of this City and expended in accordance with law.
(b) This fee may be waived by the Chief of Police upon the request of any political subdivision, charitable or non-profit organization having significant contacts with this City.
