(a) No peddler or solicitor, while peddling or soliciting, shall call upon any residence, house, apartment or other dwelling in the City before 9:00 a.m. or after 7:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday.
(b) Subsection (a) hereof shall not apply to any visit to the premises as a result of a specific request or appointment made by a lawful possessor and occupant of said premises.
