1146.04 PROHIBITED SIGNS.

(a) No signs are permitted within the public right of way. Signs found in the right of way are considered a nuisance and subject to immediate removal by the City.

(b) No roof signs.

(d) No banners larger than 27 square feet.

(e) No accessory signs off of the premises.
