(a) No person shall park a motor vehicle in a designated fire lane on public or private property.
(b) Whoever violates this section shall be issued a parking ticket in the sum of seventy-five dollars ($75.00) if paid within twenty-four hours of issuance and one hundred dollars ($100.00) if paid thereafter.
