Upon receipt of a zoning compliance certificate for any structure except one or two family residential dwelling units and residential accessory uses, each applicant shall within sixty (60) days, deliver to the Zoning Inspector three (3) complete sets of record drawings and one copy of electronic files showing the actual location of all improvements including, but not limited to, elevation and grades, building, parking areas, driveways, water, sanitary sewer and storm sewer lines, facilities and appurtenances.
