The purpose of this chapter is to provide the design standards for certain specified uses and activities with regard to their location, size, operation, intensity of use, generation of traffic, ingress and egress and compatibility with other uses. Uses possessing these unique characteristics are established as conditionally permitted uses allowed through the issuance of a conditional zoning certificate with such conditions and safeguards attached as may be deemed necessary for the protection of the public health, safety and welfare.
