All persons, partnerships, corporations or other type of legal entity having the right of possession of any lot or parcel of real property, having a main residential, commercial or industrial structure thereon, shall cause such assigned number to be prominently displayed on such structure in such a fashion that it can be readily observed from that particular street upon which the structure faces.
