There is hereby adopted by the City, and incorporated by reference as if set out at length herein, that certain code known as the One and Two Family Dwelling Code, 1983 Edition, and 1985 Amendments, published jointly as a nationally recognized model code by the Building Officials and Code Administrators Internationl, Inc.; International Conference Building Officials; and Southern Building Code Congress International.
