The City Engineer will check all developer’s plans to determine compliance with the zoning and subdivision regulations and to compute for actual costs of the development to see that it coincides with the developer’s estimated cost of the development. The actual cost is the cost which the City would be required to pay if it was required to contract for the construction of the improvements. It will be the duty of the City Engineer to collect this information along with the inspection fee costs and supply the Developer, the Service-Safety Director, the Zoning Inspector and the Treasurer with this information. This is to be completed after the final approval of the plans that the Planning Commission has approved. The Treasurer will collect the inspection fees and notify the Service-Safety Director, Zoning Inspector, and City Engineer that the fees have been paid. All plans must be approved and fees paid before any work is started.
