   1111.03 AUTHORITY; JURISDICTION.
   (a)   Authority. These Regulations have been adopted under authority of Ohio R.C. 711.001 through 711.38.
   (b)   Jurisdiction. These Regulations shall be applicable to all subdivisions of land within the incorporated area of the City.
