(a) From and after February 7, 2008, each person, organization or corporation reserving a pavilion at Marshall Park shall pay prior to the use a fee of forty-five dollars ($45.00) per day.
(b) Whenever any renter fails to remove all trash or causes any damage to the pavilion or surrounding grounds, the City reserves the right to refuse to rent to that person, organization or corporation in the future.
